Confidentiality and Anonymity
Reports can be made anonymously, and we are committed to protecting the identity of whistleblowers to the full estextent permitted by law. All concerns will be handled confidentially and shared only with those necessary to address thematter effectively. All investigation records will be securely stored.
Protection Against Retaliation
G3P strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Retaliatory actions, such as harassment or dismissal, will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary measures.
Management Oversight
Senior management is accountable for ensuring that all whistleblowing reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. The Compliance Team, led by the Compliance Officer, oversees all investigations and ensures that appropriateaction is taken to address confirmed issues.
